Does anyone here know of a currency artist that could sketch out proposed $200 and $500 bills?

The idea as some of you may know is, for the Theodore Roosevelt $200 bill, I want the bill to feature a portrat of Thodore Roosevelt on the front of the $200 bill, with a little golden star inside a larger golden star (Little Star in the Big Star", similar to the $100 bill's "Bell in the Inkwell" to the lower right of T. Roosevelt's portrait little clusters of yellow nuneral 200s on the front of the bill, and a blue Motion strip to the right of T. Roosevelt's portrait that turns into little 200s and little eagles when you tilt the bill, as well as a color-shifting ink numeral 200 in the bottom right corner of the bill, a copper colored low-vission numeral on the right side of the $200 bill's reverse, and on the main reverse, an image of Mount Rushmore. The new $200 bills should also have a splash of tinted pink color to it.

As for the $500 bill, I just wanted an updated McKinley $500 bill skecthed out, with a golden Motion strip that turns from little numeral 500s to little American flags, when the bill is tilted, and a color-shifting ink numeral 500 in the lower right corner of the front of the bill, a a Statue of Liberty with an "American flag in the Statue of Liberty", similiar to the $100 bill's "Bell in the Inkwell" and on the reverse, little clusters of yellow numeral 500s on the front of the bills, an updated denomination-in-circle (err...oval) with a platinum colored low-vission numeral 500 to the right of the reverse of the back of the bill, and the huge numeral 500 in the oval, in the center of the bill would be made of color-shifting ink, as an extra securtity measure. The new $500 bill should also feature a splash of tinted yellow, symbolizing "gold" seeing as the $500 bill would be our largest denomination Federal Reserve note, here in the U.S.

So, does anyone here know where I might be able to find a curreny artist who can draw these proposed sketches out? I'm not sure when I will get arond to it, but I may order a sketch of each some day, and hey, nothing hurts to get an estimate. Thanks for any help.
