This note in a new CGA holder and the holder states the note to be a rare FR 22 when in fact it is a FR 20, not that rare. Can't find where to alert ebay of this issue.
Someone please pass this on before someone unsuspecting buys the lot. ebay lot 261651625747

Alas ebay notification system is broken ... it's the wild west out there with buyer beware.

Hopeful no CCF member will be fooled.

Received an email from the seller. He is still insisting it is a FR 22. If you look at Heritage history, you will find several similar notes but in the FR 20 category. So much for sellers with little experience...

The Grading company is an idiot for carelessly slabbing it, the Seller is an idiot for selling it, the Buyer will be an idiot for buying it.

As long as forum members don't get taken then that's about all we can do since ebay is nothing but a "Wild West show" and the reporting system is no longer around.

This seller is an artist, he likes to make new from old.
If you want original paper quality, then you should look somewhere else.

I am kinda snickering because what the seller thinks is a "B" related to the FR 22 is nothing more than the plate position for the FR 20 note.
