I guess it could have been cleaned 40 yrs ago when it was put away with the others. Some of the dollars are like chocolate colored but still shiny. Are those considered damaged too?

The pattern around left stars 3, 4 &5 lead me to believe this was dipped in the past. Still an EF45/AU50ish details example.

AU50 with some light cleaning. Net grade of EF or so for valuation purposes.
