I visited my LCS this morning and, even though I don't collect many halves, liked the toning on this (much nicer in hand than the photo, especially the obverse). Nice little die crack from the last four too. It's in an ICCS flip - grade?

Narrow date, MS-63 maybe ICCS gave it a 64, nice coin chequer.

Im going with MS 60 N 4 HC reasons are the amount of rev wear in the upper part of the shield - crest.. You can see the flattened areas to the left inside the crown and the crest.. Unless its my eyes playing tricks again.. All the same a great looking coin

doubleeagle59 nailed it! Artdio, I see what you mean about the weakness in that section... I'll have to check the coin again and see if there is a bit of a weak strike there or if it's the photo.

For ICCS grading, it's been my experience to not even consider the reverse, unless there's an inch gouge on the surface.
