# 1 is a solid VF 20 and # 2 should easily get an EF 45

Thanks for all the input guys!
The second one (#2) also has about a 15° CW rotated reverse die.
I would like to know if you think that subtle error would add to, or subtract from, the overall value of the coin?

15° rotation for these is so small that it`s irrelevant.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
