I wonder if this is some type of error coin. Maybe some type of die cudd? The type doesn't immediately jump out on me but I too would guess medieval.

There are three pictures. How many different coins are we looking at here, and for the coins which don't have the other side showing, are they uniface, or bracteate?

We also don't have any idea of scale.

The three coins are (approx.) 14 mm, 12 mm, and 21 mm.

I am sorry, but all I have to go on are those three photos. If I had more I would have something to work with.

That is why I am hoping someone can recognise what they are from the photos.
