Looks Spanish to me. I can't find the coin exactly, one similar made of silver was from the Reyes Catolicos, but I don't know what this is exactly.

Appears to be a reproduction of a one reale of Ferdinand and Isabella (the Reyes Catholicos), identical to this one:

The arms on the observe are Spanish.
If I read it right, the obverse legend starts FERNANDVS,
and on the obverse I recognise ...GIO:A:S:G+REX:ET:REG...
Based on that I would link it to Ferdinand and Isabella, ie late 15th century.
From the look of the item it might actually be a jeton produced later.
What is the size and the weight?

Thanks guys! I had found a close match like the one Philadelphian linked me to, but this coin is not silver. Or at least not high percent silver. Possibly Billon?

The coin weighs a little over 7 grams and is about the same size as a U.S. quarter (24 mm, 5.68 g), but much thinner.

Once again thanks for all the help!

Here's another identical one of these replicas, being sold as a replica. The listing states the material is copper:

Let's also add that the $100 in the listing is in Mexican Pesos, ie ~US$7.30
