I'm driving to Tampa later this week and going through Nashville, Chattanooga, and Atlanta on the way. I'm interested in a brick-and-mortar coin shop I can stop by to get a bulk buy on some worldwide coins for my OFEC collection I am just starting. (I only have 21 coins so far from my personal travels so I have a long way to go)!
Any suggestions?
Lars

Quote: you could look up Corbin's Stamp and Coin in Brandon FL. A nice small shop not far from Tampa Thanks, Tryna! That's right near where I am staying and I called this afternoon to inquire about their supply of worldwide. They have a bucket of assorted I can dig through and pick out what I want. Quote: Gainesville coins Thanks for the reference, Silver Handle, but their web site mentions only precious metals. I didn't see any mention of worldwide on their web site.

You know WINGS is in Tampa, right? We (CCF) have a good relationship with them - they might have some recommendations for you.

They're the World coins equivalent of CAC, the brainchild of Lance Tchor. We discussed them with their business manager, Larry Michelson, here: https://goccf.com/t/136508Lance would know all of Florida's worthy World coin dealers off the top of his head.

Tryna,
Stopped by Corbin's coins. I found a few coins I needed, but the big find was for my stamp collection. They had White Ace dust covers for $7.50 and I asked if they would sell 3 of them for $20 and they took it! That saved me at least $15!
Thanks for the tip.

I am glad it worked out for you. I have dealt with Mr. Corbin for 20 years and have never been sorry.
