I have a subscription with the mint for a roll of the S mint quarters. I've never had a problem, and I always get the notice that they're shipped etc.

I got a note today that my order was processed, followed by one saying my order cannot be completed and to call the 1 800 number.

It gives me my order number to relay once I call.

Problem is, I have been trying to call for 2 hours and I cannot get through to anyone. I have no idea what's going on or what I am supposed to do?

anyone else having this problem?
Rest in Peace

Hondo, I do know with their new web site, a regular buyer has to change their pass word. Hope this helps.

They also didn't carry over any stored payment information from the old system. That's probably what it is.

I think you guys are correct.
I went in this afternoon to change my password but haven't gotten the email yet to change my password.

Guess I will need to go into the site later and try to figure it out.....

Thanks everyone.

I've received no such e-mails from the mint so I'm hoping I have no problem but I did have to call to order the 4 piece set of Kennedy's.
