Well, the pictures aren't fantastic, so it's a little hard for me to tell. But it looks like a decent AU coin. What is it you want to know? Are you concerned if it's real?

Yeah, I just want to make sure it's real I'm interested in buying it.

It looks real to me, is there something about it that makes you think it isn't?

No, someone was interested in selling it to me on Craigslist, just want to make sure.

Hard to evaluate a coin from half of one face. Best case scenario, though, this is still basically a melt-value coin. 1921's are probably more than half of all remaining Morgans.

I almost bought one of these in similar condition, but opted for a graded one.
I would pay $23-$26 tops.

What price are they asking? I wouldn't personally pay more than $25, preferably a little less than that.

I recommend you go to ebay and do a search using the "Completed Auctions" for the year and approximate grade. This is very helpful for determining a price on the fly.

Yeah, agreed with all of above. If seller want too much more than $25, you can certainly go elsewhere and get something nice with patience. Good luck!

Local Coin Shop was selling 1921's PCGS graded AU 53-58 for $33.

At current spot, the bullion value is less than $12. Right now I can buy all the lightly circulated 1921's I want from the coin shop I patronize for $22, and that's picking and choosing, so I wouldn't be paying more than $20 for one off Craigslist.

Looks like a typical 1921, probably high end AU. I wouldn't pay any more than $25 for it.
For me real Morgans ended in 1904. I am not a fan of the hubs they did for the 1921 remake. The original Morgan hubs were destroyed in 1910, sadly.
