Military Issue Japanese Currency - Coin Community Forum

trdhrdr007 Pillar of the Community United States 2335 Posts	Posted 11/04/2014 1:40 pm I have an opportunity to pick up what I believe is currency issued by the US military for use in Japan during/after WWII. It's in various Yen & Sen denominations & clearly states "Military Issue". There are also some notes from what I assume is the same period that were not as obviously military issue. Anyway, I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of a web resource that might have real world values as I am not finding much information on ebay. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures. I am not sure what you are looking at on ebay regarding these notes as there are plenty on that site for sale and in the completed listings. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm generally pretty good at searching ebay but in this case my keyword choice was limiting my results. Went back & tried again with a different set of keywords & found better info.
