I recently purchased a 20 riechmark bill on ebay and have necver received it. I dont mind considering I only spent like $1 on it. I just wanted to warn people to be ware on ebay and other online auctions. Thats the only problam I have ever had on ebay so dont be discuraged just be coutius.

You should take care in buying from ebay.
Rules-
-Discuss with the Seller as much as possible.
-Ask for guarentee proof.
-Look for buyers who bought from him.
-Always look at the Ratings

ojo, thekidcollector has given all good advice. I would like to add that making small inexepensive purchases is another good way to learn how to navigate on ebay. There are many great sellers, but sadly many predatory sellers as well. Go slow, read a lot, ask questions and you will most likely do well! Mike
