Forgot to mention: at the coin show I went to on sunday, one of the dealers gave me a BU 1968 quarter and an AU (with shiny red edges) 1968 D quarter as change.

A story about finds from change at stores;
A number of years ago when I worked in retail and was at the register (btw I'm currently still in my 20's so it was like a temp job) we got in rolls of 100% wheat cents to be used as change. It pained me so much, but I had no choice, I was giving out nothing but unsearched wheat cents as change for a good few hours. Other employees did the same that day. Once we closed, I was able to exchange the remaining rolls for face value. I think there were only 3 rolls left. I found nothing spectacular, but I did find a valuable S minted coin from the 20's (can't remember which one) that probably would have been taken out in a searched lot. The coins were likely brought to the bank by someone with no clue who rolled them themselves. My manager was given those rolls to be used as change and we probably gave out 300 - 400 truely unsearched wheats to customers that day. Could have been key dates too.

Today: I received two wheat Cents in change  . VF 1945-S from Chipotle, and a VG 1928 (P) from Starbucks. Quote:

1925, 1951-D and 1955-D wheat cents all in the same day. the 1955-D was unwanted and just given away to me by a customer!
