Might have been 34's. Like I said it was a very long time ago. Could have also been 29 reserve notes I suppose.

Today was a VERY good day for change finds. My dad came back from the store and like always, I had to search his change. To my surprise I found a 1958 D Jefferson and........a 1910 LWC! It was in terrible shape; I could not tell what the date was. Heck, I could barely even tell that it even was a wheatie. I decided to clean it because no matter what I did it would not reduce the grade (yes, that bad). Never was and never will be much now, but I don't care. It is sooo cool to find coins that old in circulation still. |

i once found two 1944 george VI pennies...... I have also found a 1967 cennetial nickel and a lot of cennetial pennies, what I find most are the cennetial pennies and 1973 mountie comm quaters....................... canadian money is still fun.... in america I've found a 1954 nm jefferson, a date unlegible roosie that is a white rim(silver!) a lot of old pennies, couple wheats the oldest 1934 or 1933..... idk. thats bout it

Found two 1945-P nickels from my work within the last two weeks. I was just reading an article on the frequency of finding silver nickels the afternoon before my find. What a coincidence.

Found a gorgeous 62'D (I'd go on a limb and say nearly AU) penny today in the GFs change jar (moving the coins to one of those "Counter" containers (keeps track of $ amount)- and couldn't help but check out what was in there.
Bunch of 62-66' quarters. She had to of received them as change, as she is not at all into "collecting", but as of late, I'm trying to get her interested.

My first State Park quarter! A 2010 Mt Hood at the gas station. This is a set that only by buying the US Mint sets will I ever get the complete set of quarters. By the way, my letter to Coin World was printed in the 2/20/12 edition! |

Got a 1943-P nickel in change and a 2006 $20 from the ATM with the serial # IL 88888882C

I was going through my mom's ex boyfriend's change jar that he left and found a 1938 Jefferson and a 1940 George V penny today!

@DNA Sadly, it wasn't CU. Not awful, a crease down the middle. And I did take few more $20 out but the bills were not consecutive.  |

Today I found three nickels from 1946, 1948, and 1952. And some early 60's copper cents, which are still plentiful if you look a little bit.

In today's change: my first 2012 Dime. The total shocker is that it's a " P".    I live in Denver, hone of the "other" Mint. Normally, we don't see any "P" coins in circulation until several years after they're minted. |
