Today I received the following nickel. It is just a standard 2011 D nickel so I plan to keep it since this is the first one I have received like this. I like it.

After years of looking, I finally found a 2000 (P) WAM Lincoln Cent - the only one of the 98-00 series I've located. Unfortunately, it has the crust of death on the reverse. I'm going to try conserving and see what happens.

Thanks, Errers and Varietys. I got five of these recently from a cashier who had been saving them for a while. Other than that this is the first one I've seen in a long time.

It is strange seeing the Sacagawea obverse with no date.

Quote:I got this 2009-P Sacagawea dollar this morning from the local 7-11. Excellent! Quote: Yes, it is. I'm not that familiar with the coin and had to Google it to find out that the date is on the edge. Totally necessary move for the Presidential dollars, but unappreciated on the Native American and Innovation dollars. It keeps them from having to maintain separate collars, which would have lead to errors a plenty I am sure.
