I think it is from Belgium because it says Belgique on the reverse. There is a portrait on the obverse with the name Audouin. The value is 1 F. I guess that means franc. The year is 1989. I went to the bank and asked for all the halfs they had. They gave me 20. Out of that 20 I found four with silver. I am not usually so fortunate. Report this Post to the Staff
