Great photo.... so great I think it magnifies some of the hits... 63 seems right for this one.

MS60/61 there is way too much surface damage to qualify it into a better grading number beyond just calling it MS IMO. I am not sure what a TPG would do with the this one. |

taking into account the magnification of the hits in the pic, I still don't see this any higher than 63

MS63, there are some scratches which lowers it from 65 to 63
