Looking for help with the strike/finish/grade on this. Sorry, there's some surface marks on the holder. Coin in hand has a very brilliant finish with full frosted relief, but I can't tell if it's UHC of a business strike, or a PL/Specimen strike. Coin has beautiful navy tone throughout on both sides, but centre point of reverse better illustrates high mirror/brilliant effect. I acquired this in a lot at an auction recently that contains 3x 1950 pieces (different denominations) with similar strikes, and I'm wondering if they may have been part of a set of some sort. See subsequent posts from me re: the others. Collectively, they just don't look like circulation strikes to me. Again, sorry for the poor photography skills.
