For the last twenty min I've been trying to find that list and how to get to it. ebay is not making it easy. If I find how I did it I'll get back to ya or someone else might jump in & share with us. Quote: Is that while you are creating the listing? No it's done while your in your account preference list somehow

People can still get around that either by registering their account in one country and having a mailing address in another or the same thing with their paypal address... I believe the thing jasper is talking about you can do under your shipping templates

Found it Click on your account. In the box on the left side of screen Click Site preferences. Go down to shipping preference & click on Exclude shipping location and start checking the box's/county's you want to exclude from bidding.Hope this helps
I did this about five years ago & have not had a problem sense then.

OK, thanks. It's a Chinese company with offices in Texas. Guess that's OK. It was a Poor-1 Draped bust Large Cent, then he writes me offline wanting more. Told him to get lost.

That's too bad because you also loose out in selling to Canadians as well. I have tried to bid on coins selling in the usa, and I was blocked. I think there should be some more options for this.

The thing is by blocking Canada, especially on Canadian coins American sellers lose out on bids that can increase the end price of an auction. I sell to US as well and have met some very nice Americans. Likewise I've met real cool American seller, who at first were worried about shipping north. Once the did it once they were converts to selling to Canada!!

I have sold regularly for the past 5 years to a very nice member here from Nova Scotia. I'd do it again in a heartbeat as well as bought on ebay through Canadian members. Canada will be included in future ebay listings :-)
