@ Arianzo you must have a very good rep, I asked mine about more and her reply, currently there's a strict limit if 3; which may change in January. I definitely don't want any other accounts created that I cannot monitor, like she did to get me a 4th wolf, as I had Pre sold 3. Let me know, if your rep has firm limit on this coin also?

My rep also offered to 'up the limit' to pretty much as many as I wanted... he offered 10 to start.

i tried to subscribe to this years series but was denied. they are limiting the subscription to canada only which is a shame. I get wanting to make sure that canadian subscribers get a chance, but the RCM has been restricting series to canada only recently that used to be open to US subscribers and its annoying to be sitting on the sidelines watching as an item you used to be able to buy is no longer available.

Attn: Adambur - tried to send you an email, but yours is turned off. I have other friends in other countries, and keep them up to date on the current 20/4/20 coins. If you'd like to join the list, drop me a line to discuss it further

Might be not "pay you" , but certainly sell at face value locally. Just think, the Canoe sells for $30 on ebay, will I go for $10 minus %13 bother myself with sipping? No. Just went to the bank. Happily, mine TD started to take them.

Probably in jan they will open up to usa sales. I have seen this happen before. My prediction, this coin will appreciate in time much like 1st $20 for $20. Two reasons only $25 for $25, color flag 50th Anniversary. It may take a few yrs to get there though. I've never come across a $20 for $20, selling under $20. I've looked hard.

Quote: My prediction, this coin will appreciate in time much like 1st $20 for $20. Well, I was just curious to find out, how much the first "$20for$20" appreciated. Assuming basically, that appreciation is selling price above the issue, did a brief check on ebay. And this is what I have found: I wasn't smart, and searched not "Completed listings", but "Buy it Now", which theoretically have to be higher.. Here is the coin + coa (no package) for ~CAD33 + 2.95 shipping fee: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2011-Canada-...em1e94e55196And here, the same seller asking ~CAD35 for the same coin, but in the package. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2011-Canada-...em566c78fd1eWhere are the buyers? The coin is great, 1-st in series, Maple Leaf, and lower than CAD40.00 (as it was 1-3 years ago). So.....I could be wrong, but do you ready to buy let's say 100 of them, in order to wait after theoretical appreciation, with a possible profit of $11 from each one? Still nice coin, to buy 1 for collection and couple as a gifts. But....will not buy. I feel good with the 10 first of them. And as a gift - I think the "Maple Leaf forever" series is way better.

You can make money with them if you're not in a hurry .... but obviously inesting the same $ in another stuff could give you back a bigger profit.

I am not sure if people here remember, but SilverTowne has the $20 Santa on sale for like $15 usd or so, and I got one shipped at approx $17CAD, at that time they had around 50+ in stock, but it sold out within an hour, when I went back to order more they were gone.

I bought a 20 for 20 60th Anniv of the Queen for 18.75 from Canada Post. They sold the coin for $25 but discounted 25% so I gave them $18.75 for $20. I like that deal. Got a good deal on the Lotus Snake as well. So if I offered you $18.75 for a $20 bill what would you say?
