I finally purchased this for my Dansco 7070, only three more commemoratives to go! Guess the grade and value for me? Thanks!

Are the numerous scratches seen on your reverse side image on the coin or on the NGC plastic?

Scratches are on the plastic holder. Fortunately I'm going to liberate it for my album soon!

I'm going with MS63 ... based upon your reply of the obvious scratches are on the holder and not the coins surfaces.

The field hits seen on the reverse ... between LIBERTY and MAINE conspire to hold this otherwise lovely example to the grade I suggested.

It could just be that the images were created using "harsh" lighting conditions (maybe a scanner), but I see an MS-61/62 coin. (I tend to be conservative on these types of posts.)
