I normally do not collect Canadian coins since in the USA not easy to find. At a coin show last Sunday a dealer had a Folder, not an Album, of Canadian Cents. All 3 pages were full. Most are in what I would say are EF or better condition and none missing up to about the 70's. Entire folder was for $70 so thought I mess with this. Now got to look for an Album for those.

Yes 70 dollars doesn't seem bad if they are in EF.

Any varieties? Whitman makes a small cent album, number 9501. I have one that I don't need anymore if you want to trade? It only goes to the late 60s or early 70s, if I remember. I put mine in a blank Dansco Cents album, because I wanted to include the major varieties in my set. Still working on it, but getting close.

Sorry but I seldom take photos of coins. Probably should since it makes it so much easier to see what someone is talking about. I had already taken all of the coins out of the Folder and threw the Folder away. I did notice all the dates were there from 1920 to 1961. Not sure of any varieties since I know nothing about Canadian Cents. I've always saved the ones from change and put them in a plastic tube. Now with these, I'll try to get a real Album and see just what I've got. The guy on the really old ones sure looks funny. Looks like an old King. Sorry but as I've said, I know nothing about Canadian Cents. No idea of their value, varieties, etc.

Is there some reason those are mentioned? Like I said, I have them all from 1920 to 1961. Why would I check the 53,54 and 55? They look just like the others so without a book or something, they are just Cents. Just have to find an Album for them now.

Great score Carl.
I have always liked the Canadian coins and in the US I have gotten some good buys since we are close to BC.

I have the complete set, well when I got it in the 60`s it was. I got in an old Dansco album with the plastic slides for around $30. I have to buy an album from 60`s to present. Probably $150+ in todays money. My 1925 has mint luster and looks nice.

By me at coin shows dealers sell Lincoln Cents by the bag of 100.
I'm glad to hear I've got some sort of expensive Canadian Cents so now have to buy an Album. Looking through my rolls of coins I found I also have two rolls of Canadian Cents acquired over the years. Since I'm in the middle of the USA, we just don't see those much.
AND thanks "acd" for the link to those Canadian Coins
