Please look to the right of the A in AMERICA. Is this a Die Crack or Scratch or Chip or what? How common would this be on a DCAM?

Sorry, hard to tell for sure from the pics through the plastic, but it may be a die dent. Is it raised or incuse?

It's on the plastic, you can see it's reflection on the coin.

The picture suggests to me that it is an impacted die dent, and could have happened before the die was hardened.
This would make your Cent a PR die variety.
I do not know how many coins are typically struck from proof dies; perhaps others may assist in providing info. on proof die life.
