i posted images of this coin w while ago. I was able to remove some of the gunk. I originally thought it was the 1DO-017, as shown on coppercoins site.

i do not think it is that one now, but I also do not find any other matching DDO. any help identifying this - is appreciated.

the first image is from my original post included are two new photos.

opinions are appreciated.

It is a DDO. You might want to submit this one to coppercoins.com when they re-open the submissions area. So far I've not heard it is open yet, but I could be wrong. Your coin is stronger than most for this year. The only thing is circulation damage might hinder listing it. But keep your image and send it to them when they are ready.

Wow, nice job in removing the gunk. what did you to to get such a great result? Nice DDO by the way, great eye.

i soaked in in a 50/50 solution of dish washing soap. overnight. (about 12 hours or so) and rinsed it, and wiped it off with a soft paper towel.

the entire coin came out quite nice.
