Just looking for opinions on what looks like an error on the rim Obverse about 1 o'clock. I couldn't find anything about it anywhere and the coin is in BU shape apart from that area. would it add value to the coin?

Or a very small lamination. Not a premium as it is so small.

Looks like a small rim dent. Post strike damage and no increase in value. Possibly a decrease in value.
