I came across a 1990 Washington quarter that has a huge bulge in it. Anyone recognize the type of error? I cant find anything like it on the internet.

Would really need a larger picture, but my guess is that it is post mint damage.

PMD. Can't see how a bulge could really occur like that at the mint.
