Looks too new to be as old as it should be. If you look at coins from that age they aren't totally circular.

The roundness isn't such a problem as it's based on one of the first English machine made coins. But I'm afraid that if you look under the shield on the reverse you'll see it says COPY.

Probably also WRL as they make a lot of souvenirs like these.
