That is a very nice, well circulated Morgan. I usually go for the mint states but I would be just as proud to own this.

There seems to be consensus here, but my evaluation puts it closer to FR02, the diagnostics specifically being the cotton bolls having merged into one indistinguishable mass, and the upper part of the "B" in "LIBERTY" being close to obliterated. If you look at PCGS's online photo guide, you'll see what I'm talking about pretty clearly. But it's a near thing, this specimen being probably a bit of a wobbler between the two grades.
