I am not to familiar with these. I got it to put in my 7070 (when I actually find one for a decent price)What are your thoughts on grade and value?

G-4 to G-6, RedBook says $27. My local store sells them in grades similar this from $15-$25

What is a decent price for a 7070 ? I just happen to have an extra.

I paid $17. I can't believe how tiny these things are. I can't even tell what it is without my loop (I have really bad eyes, but still).

I would grade it a G4.
My spreadsheet shows a retail of $22.50.
I think you paid a fair price because of the small scratch on the obverse.

I have heard that they were known as "fish scales" when they were in circulation. They are neat though.
