I picked two of these up from the bank (my first RCM NCLT) and I noticed that this one's got a little "pit" on the reindeer's body while the other doesn't. Is this damage or is this normal?

Not sure what to tell you here, it most likely is not normal but is it worth while trying to exchange it for another one, I didn't know that banks sold these, are they selling the ones that get returned or are these brand new.

Personally I think any "New" coin should be as close to perfect as possible and if that pit indeed happened when it was made/or between when it was made and sold for the first time, is a defect/damage, some people dont mind a few small "defects" on NCLTs that you cant really see with the naked eye so you may get differing opinions on this, bottom line , if your not happy with it return it/ exchange it.

Someone turned them in with 50-for-50s and 100-for-100s, which I could only afford one of each. Both the 20-for-20s come with the card, and the 100-for-100 cane with the box. I don't know if the 50-for-50 came with anything, I just got the capsule in a plastic flip holder.

It is big enough to be seen with the naked eye, but not so big that it's distracting. I didn't buy this directly from the Mint, and I don't know if they'll accept returns if I don't buy directly from them.

I think I might just sell this one off or trade it. It's almost Christmas and I think this might make a rather nice Christmas gift for someone.

The $50 for $50 also came on a card like the $20 for $20.

Thats interesting that the banks are selling the returned XforX coins, do you work at the bank Slur or did they have them on display /advertising them in the bank ? Just curious.

That explains why there's a glop of glue behind the flip.

Just got lucky, I happened to be in the area so I stopped by at a smaller branch that I've never went to before and asked if they have any silver. The manager took them out for me.

She said she doesn't want to accept any more RCM products in the future.
