All - I posted this here even though it is a canadian cent. I figured alot more people frequent this than if I posted it in the canadian side. If this is a "no-no", I apologize in advance. I could always report it on the canadian side or move it.

Looks like a clip to me, but not sure. Thoughts?

Yup!! Definitely legit, struck on a clipped planchet.

yes a genuine clipped planchet in my opinion! notice the fading of the denticles! very nice clipped coin! This however is fairly common year and size.

I love clipped planchets!
