Both coins are actually genuine 1970-S LMC small dates - quite the departure from the normal large date variety shown in hopes of authentication.

Based on the photos provided ... both are MS.

The initial coin shown has less field and portrait chatter ... I'm going MS65RD on that one.

The second coin gets my vote at MS63RD.
