PR63, PR64 or PR65? There's a bunch of flea specks all over it. Nothing big though. Carbon spot on the rim. I'm leaning PR64. What do you guys think?

here's a few more pics. I took it out of the clear flip holder this time. So what do you think makes it PR63? all the specks? thanks again! ... what a difference lighting makes, huh?!

It's all about the surfaces with proofs. I have a 1938 PCGS PR62, it's a little worse than yours. I also have a 1939 in PCGS PR63, yours might be a hair better but they're close...... so I stick with PR63.

thank you Thad! I'm going to go ahead and return the 1938 then. I wasn't too wild about all the specks. paid PR64 price. I've been sticking with PR64 minimum. otherwise, I just have the 1936 and 1937 left to finish the collection. MPL and IHC will have to be further down the road.
