Does anyone here in the CCF have any expertise or experience with the identification of the numerous different Coats of Arms and Spanish Cross variations on old ND silver cob (8R)?

Date - No Date?
Weight - 24.94 grams
Size - Roughly the size of a U.S. Double Eagle

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

From the cross style, it's from Mexico.
It's a bit underweight (should be ~27g)
