Hello and welcome. I moved your thread from the Welcome section to the Ancients section, so our ancients experts can comment.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the comments will not be positive for you. Bactrian coins are commonly faked in Afghanistan, where they are sold in the street markets to foreign visitors and troops. Yours bears all the hallmarks of a fairly well made but nevertheless cast fake.

As said in the other topic, please post as clear a picture as possible.
At first look it seems what 'Sap' said is true, casting marks on both sides.

This is supposed to be a tetradrachm of Antimachos from the Baktrian kingdom, but sadly this is just a copy and not a real coin. If you look along the edge you will probably see a casting line around the coin.

I rotated your images for you.

The coin is almost certainly a fake. If it were real I would sell it and buy yourself a decent car.

If you got stiffed on the coin. See if you can return it. If not keep your head up, share your potential buys with us and know when you collect with the CCF guys you collect among friends. Many folks here have been guided and have become very knowledgeable consumers.

Definitely a castes fake, we all make mistakes when we start collecting though, consider it a learning experience that will make you a better collector!
