1980-P Dime Error, Not Sure What This Is Though

First post here!! I work at a bank and go through around 10-20 dime rolls a day looking mainly for silver, well I do also look for errors sometimes and this guy stood out to me. Around FDR's head there is a raised outline (not sure what else to call it) I haven't seen this kind of error before so I'm not really sure what it is, any help is greatly appreciated! Also the reverse looks normal to me but if you require a pic just let me know

to CCF. I think it's a sign of a very late die state,worn out die. I am not a pro though.

That is from over polishing the die. The edges of the bust is taken down lower in those areas to cover several previous die clashes.

Also as John1 mentioned it is a later die state coin.
