scottk Pillar of the Community United States 767 Posts	Posted 12/06/2014 6:18 pm It's a different seller. I saw the smudges. I don't think that is image doctoring, but rather just an effect of posting small photos on ebay. Truthfully, from what I can see in this pic, the smudges don't appear to be covering anything. They're not so blurry that one couldn't see a decent sized mark through them, and if you look at them, they actually go between every star around the edge of the coin.
