While camping a few days ago I picked up our regional newspaper and there was a full page ad regarding Presidential dollars. A full page! That's about a $1500 investment in this one newspaper alone. I can't find the ad, but going by memory, you would receive a "megaroll" of Presidential dollars, "which will never again be minted!" The big roll contains 50 dollars, plus they even throw in an extra one. Cost to the buyer is "only" $98. Isn't that something? Has anybody else seen the ad? Think of all the people who don't know any better and will spend nearly $100 for 51 dollar coins!

That's absolutely silly. I can get almost uncirculated coins out of the coffee machine at work. I get two to four coins, (Depending on how many paper notes it spits back out at me. ><) and a nice cup of hot, steaming, watery, bland coffee.

I've seen similar ads for the State Quarters. Some of the phrases the ad used were, "limited quantity" and "Will never be minted again". The sad part is someone will pay $98.00 for $51.00.

Wow, I checked out there website behind the rolls. http://www.wrme.net/ Thats the company website behind those ads. Its funny all the junk they say and sell. They even have blow up of an women and kid where you see an lame sex photo on the there site. Using sex to sell there coins. Box of 1040 dollars in case cost like 199 down and 99 per monlth for 24 monlths. Its amazing all there stuff and wondor how much they have sold so far. I think your paying for there packages and if you want you can borrow money to buy there products since they sell on credit with an super high credit rate. If ever thought about that I could be worth millions selling those gold dollars like they do. Trust me its not worth buying there gold dollars at there prices. What an rip off . The quastion is who buys those things like they are selling? I would never thought peaple in the usa would buy that stuff. We all know any bank in usa can buy coins for you if you ask them. Sounds like the group searched the rolls for errors and decided to package them into these never circulated rolls, Ingenious!

Am I the only one, but when I hear "ballistic roll" I think of something that would be on CSI, not coin related.

On sleaklights link, do you think the high bidder thought it was gold?. The seller kinda gave that idea with the reinforcement of 425 grams.
