EF-45 in my opinion, what am I to say though I am crazy...

If it is not an EF-45 then it should still be in that range higher than lower you know AU

XF 45; possibly AU if having good colour.

What did the seller grade it at?

Seller had no mention of grade, I put it at xf40 and paid as if vf30. Being the only bidder I was starting to wonder!
Now eagerly waiting to see it in hand - hoping for some rich color as the photos are pretty washed out.

If you only paid VF30 price, you did well. The coin grades higher than that.
