Got this 1870 5c. From the looks of it, i'd say Raised Border, EF40.
Has that scratch on the reverse though :(
if I got it TPG'd, would it come out as details due to that scratch?
last thing, I was wondering if the A in Victoria has a die crack, or if that's some other kind of error or PMD

EF-40 or EF-45 I personally think an EF-45. very nice coin!

EF-40. The early fishscales are the most likely to have the biggest and nastiest die cracks in my experience.

Yeah I believe it's a die crack, too bad about the scratch.

Yes it is a late stage die crack above the V
Too bad about the scratch. ICCS will still grade it and may or may not note "scratch" on the holder.
