Is this possibly RPM? I'm thinking MD cause I see it on the 2 also to the east but I've no idea so just wanted opinions thanks!

I believe it is most likely MD. I'm pretty sure that any time there is MD on the date (see the 2) in the same direction as the MM, it is almost always Machine Doubling. However, with that said, the center of the D has an interesting feature. Hopefully the experts will let you know for sure.

In the center of the mint mark there is some punch damage in that area. That is causing the centers of the mint marks to be affected on many dies. But your coin is showing as the others said, MD on date and mint mark.
