Agrippa - BJ Neff, one of the principal organizers of the site. He works alongside Mike Diamond and others to support a series of sites dedicated to our numismatic interests. Cuds on Coins, Traildies, and MAD Die Clashes are a few I frequent. You'll see Contact and Submission links on all of their sites - you can post a message to the team there and they should get back to you. Personally speaking and by observation here, it appears that BJ does the majority of monitoring the Contact messages. Normally a quick response.

I have noticed a few identified coins that are near duplicates, and as I recall, the difference of a few degrees of rotation and design transfer details. I think yours will merit a similar write-up. I also think we are very lucky to have sites like these to refer to...and to add to. These sites help to characterize our coin collecting interest and help to expand it. I also believe that it will positively impact the value of coins like yours. I think it increases how desirable a specimen can be thus boosting an asking price.

Perfect! Thanks guys for all of the information. I have a couple of weeks off coming up. I hope to do some coin catching up then. I'll add getting some good pictures of this coin to my "to do" list and see what they say! Your help is much appreciated!
