Noob, I'm going to give it to you, although technically it's Orodes V, not III, of Elymais (Elam). Given the instability of Elymaean attributions it's not uncommon to see these listed as the similar looking Orodes IV...I'm going to assume IV or V would have been among the next guesses. Clearly you were on the right track. Van't Haaff type 18.1:

The same confusion holds true for some other rulers as well.
