Hello all,
I know that the Iraqi currency printed after the war is pretty much worthless but I have a question. Would a Dinar with consecutive serial numbers, radar, or birthdays (if possible) be worth any more? I purchased a 'crap' load of them years ago and was just wondering if I should go through them to see if I had any that were interesting.
Any comments or thoughts?
Thanks all.

That's the only way you're going to get any of your money back !

I've got some of this, too. Might roll it into a firelog one day.

At 1000 dinars to $1 U.S, the 25,000 dinars is about $25, so not that worthless.

Except that the Iraqi dinar is currently inconvertible into US$ on any official exchange and the only place you can exchange it is in Iraq itself. Oh yeah, the speculators who are selling them will buy them back but also at a reduced rate.
