Your coin was struck with an LDS or later die. The lines in the fields is called die flow. Note how the tops of the devices are almost non gone? The nickel dies wear quicker because of the nickel in the planchet. It makes the planchets harder and the more pressure to strike them makes the die breakdown faster. So it is not hub doubling. Just a tired die coin.
