Ok, so I found a 1974 penny the other day with what I belive to be a Cud on the reverse. I have a few questions: Is this a Cud? If not, what is a Cud? How much is this coin worth?

If the outside edge is distorted, then it is probably PSD. Maybe it got caught in a coin counter. But I can't say if the edge is affected or not from the image. A couple more shots may show us more about this coin.
