Most of the rim you see die chips on the 1 and 12 columns. Usually in the centers, But the upper area is affected because of die clashes from the "RTY" from LIBERTY on the obverse die. Sometimes you can see the "TY" in the 1st & 2nd bays.
(Sorry I don't have an image on hand to show the TY in the bays. Maybe someone else has one.)
