Apart from the second Chinese coin the pictures are not really good.
That second cash is a "Ta-chung Yuan Pao" (1008-1016) from Emperor Chen Tsung (998-1022) of the Pei Sung.
(Note: I use the old style transliteration.)
All what can be said about the French coin based on the current images is that it is a "Double de Sedan".

Well, apparently, not many of the Sedan types actually say Sedan on them, and this one has a clear large tower. So it's probably this type (Principality of Sedan, 1634-38).
Chances are, the specific date is visible in hand, but I can't pick it out from the photo, unfortunately.

I also have a Double de Sedan coin, ironically - but mine is the small-tower type (1638-42, Numista 54057).

I agree that the second Chinese coin was cast during the years 1008-1016 of the reign of Emperor Zhen Zong (Chen Tsung).

However, the inscription reads xiang fu yuan bao (祥符å.ƒå¯¶). The "old style" transliteration would be hsiang fu yuan pao.

Are you sure your reference says "Ta-chung Yuan Pao"? I don't think that could possibly be correct.

The inscription on the first Chinese coin is huang song tong bao (皇宋e€šå¯¶). The coin was cast during the years 1039-1054 of the reign of Emperor Ren Zong (1022-1063) of the Northern Song Dynasty.

'january1may', as you probably know the denomination Double de Sedan was not only used in Sedan itself but by many of the Feudal States and for Royal issues as well - so really need to be able to read more of the inscription.

'manymore', you are right - the year title was "Ta-chung-hsiang-fu" and the latter part was used on the coins, so "Hsiang-fu yuan pao" is what I should have said.
