This is probably die wear or double strike but from what I have learned so far and seen on here this one seems
a little different than the others the chin looks deformed, the W,E,T and R look doubled. I was reading where a double struck
coin looks like something is taken away from the letter, this one does not do that. The eye lid looks doubled also.
Anyways here it is, let em rip! BTW, got this in a roll search today!
