Bertensgrad Pillar of the Community United States 1192 Posts	Posted 12/18/2014 10:17 pm If you want to start a SBA collection I would suggest spending it and looking for a uncirculated one in a bank roll. They are pretty common though no premium. I recently started collecting dollars from circulation. Report this Post to the Staff
